THe Cheerios campaigns were curiously interesting. Probably in no small part because of the efforts of many. This article from NY Magazine talks about, among others, Tod Seisser. It’s a different approach than the San Francisco or LA crowd might take. Tod does things in different and creative ways. The was another article that talked about a warmer approach Seisser took. The campaign has been shown on YouTube.
There’s a lot of things to think about, and AdWeek had a lot to say, and it comes as no big surprise that Tod was mentioned here too. The Media business has a lot of twists and turns—but that’s par for the course with creative endeavors of all sorts. In a sense, these pieces although intended for business, are actually each little works of art unto themselves.
